How to use the Business Card Maker
- Choose a card layout and colour theme. Pick the card size (US 3.5 x 2 in, 85 x 55 mm or vertical).
- Click the text on the front and type your name, job title and contact details.
- Use the “Side” buttons to switch to the back of the card and edit it.
- Add your logo with “+ Image” (upload) or “+ Image from link”.
- Download the PDF with both sides, or save each side as a PNG or JPG.

Printing business cards
- Take the PDF to a print shop. It already has the right page size.
- Leave a small space between the text and the edge of the card.
- Print a test copy first to check the colours and spelling.

Do I need to sign up?
No. The Business Card Maker works in your browser and is free to use. You do not need an account.
Is my design uploaded to your server?
No. Everything is made inside your browser. Your text and pictures are not sent to us.
Can I add my own picture?
Yes. Click “+ Image” to upload a file from your device, or “+ Image from link” to paste the web address of a picture. Some websites do not allow their pictures to be used by other sites. If a link does not work, save the picture and upload the file instead.
How do I move, resize or rotate things?
Click an item on the design, then drag it to move it. Drag the square corners to resize and the round handle above it to rotate. You can also use the arrow keys to nudge it and the Delete key to remove it.
What size are the cards?
The US size is 3.5 x 2 inches. The European size is 85 x 55 mm. There is also a vertical card.
Does the PDF include the back?
Yes. The PDF has two pages: the front and the back. Use “All sides (PNG files)” if you prefer images.
